R05 - Recreational Ultimate Frisbee
All skill levels are welcome to be part of this fun and exciting group. For the first few weeks, we'll be going over the basic rules and playing pickup. Later on in the semester we'll get into beginning strategy and drills. It'll be a lot of fun and you'll definitely get your cardio in! All players are encouraged to bring a white shirt and black/dark shirt to make teams. We're meeting at the park behind Safeway. Be sure to bring water too!
